Valerie was amazingly patient with my myriad of questions and changes to plans. We also had numerous loose ends, planning for 8 people and their various flights and needs! Even when we had to cancel due to Covid19 she pleasantly took care of reservation cancellations and refunds. All of which was very time-consuming for her. We will reschedule with her in the future!

Valerie is fast, accurate, knowledgeable, making suggestions and finding lower pricing for airfares and hotels. She is pleasant to work with and has a very soft spoken voice. My next trip Valerie will handle again!!
